Traditionally there is no food one associates more with luxury and celebration than caviar.

Recently we've been lucky enough to find a most wonderful concoction created with soft kelp leaves which we work carefully with, embedding an unmistakeable sea like flavour, using various seaweeds, minerals and salts.

The result is the most delicious 'caviar' we can imagine, little spheres of saline, popping on the tongue, salty, creamily and decadently. The perfect topping to any Christmas canapé or hors d'oeuvre, or simply on its own with a glass of Champagne.

The only difference, is that no fish are involved. This is exactly the same as the caviar we have served with delight at Gauthier Soho over the past 12 months, which many of you will hopefully remember fondly.

Vegan Caviar Ingredients: Seaweed extract (83%), Water, Salt, Spices/Aroma, Acidifier (Citric Acid), Stabilizer (Xanthan gum), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Colour (Vegetable Carbon).

Store in a cool dry place. Once open, keep refrigerated and use within 3 months of opening
